A sacred invitation to tend the soil of your soul

As the days grow longer and the sun warms the earth, we find ourselves in a season of possibility. Spring has always held a special kind of magick—the promise of new life, of seeds stirring beneath the surface, of tender beginnings. And just as the earth awakens, so too does our inner world. This is the perfect time to pause and ask:

What’s growing in your heart’s garden?

This gentle inquiry isn’t just about goals or to-do lists. It’s an invitation to notice. To listen. To honor the quiet whispers of your soul. Whether you're nurturing joy, healing old wounds, or planting new dreams, your heart is a living, breathing space worthy of care.

Your Heart is a Living Garden

Think of your heart as a sacred garden—a place where your dreams, emotions, memories, and desires are all growing together in a wild, beautiful landscape.

Some parts may be thriving—bursts of laughter, creativity, or love that come easily. Other areas might feel overgrown or untended—perhaps where grief still lingers, or self-doubt creeps in. There may even be seeds you've planted long ago that are just now beginning to sprout. Every garden has its seasons. There’s beauty in the blossom, yes—but there’s also wisdom in the stillness, in the fallow spaces, and even in the weeds and compost of what we’ve outgrown. Your heart doesn’t need to be in full bloom to be sacred. It only needs your presence.

The Seeds We Carry

Each of us carries seeds—some gifted to us by experience, others planted with intention. Some are tiny whispers of hope, while others are bold declarations of who we are becoming. But here’s what’s truly powerful: You get to choose what you nurture.

Even if you didn’t choose every seed, you are not powerless. You are the gardener now.

Are you watering seeds of self-love, rest, joy, and creativity? Or are you unknowingly feeding the weeds—those old stories of not-enoughness, perfectionism, or fear?

This isn’t about judgment. It’s about awareness. And when we bring love to our awareness, change begins to bloom.

A Gentle Invitation to Reflect

Tending your heart’s garden begins with slowing down enough to notice what’s there. Give yourself the gift of sacred pause. Light a candle. Breathe. And ask yourself:

  • What’s currently blooming in my life—and what’s struggling to grow?

  • Are there dreams or desires I’ve been ignoring that are ready to be nurtured?

  • What needs more sunlight—more attention, joy, or expression?

  • Are there beliefs, patterns, or relationships I’m ready to compost and release?

  • What new seeds feel aligned with the life I want to create?

This practice isn’t about fixing anything. It’s about remembering. Remembering that you are a creator. That your heart is fertile ground. What you choose to grow matters.

Inside the Garden: What’s Blooming in Our Workshop

Right now, I’m honored to be guiding an incredible group of women through my 5-week "Tending Your Heart’s Garden" Cosmic Smash Booking series. Each session is a creative sanctuary—a space where we paint, write, reflect, and reconnect with our inner wisdom.

Through color, imagery, and storytelling, we’re learning to trust the creative process as a mirror of the soul. We don’t aim for perfection—we aim for truth. For healing. For transformation.

It’s been beautiful to witness participants uncover what’s growing beneath the surface:

  • A long-buried dream now taking root

  • A moment of forgiveness blooming into freedom

  • A reclaiming of joy after seasons of grief

Even if you’re not in this round of the workshop, know that this kind of heart-tending is available to you, always. And there will be more opportunities to join us in future circles.

You Are Worthy of Blooming

Let me remind you: You are not too late. You are not too messy. You are not too behind. You are in a season. And whatever is unfolding in you right now—whether you’re blossoming or just beginning to break through the soil—it’s sacred.

You are worthy of blooming in your own time, in your own way.

So take this moment to check in with your heart. Offer it kindness. Tend it with love. And trust that whatever you’re nurturing, it matters. Because you matter.
