Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY Bella Rose Healing Hands is committed to providing the best service in a timely manner. We aim to accommodate your needs. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. However, to ensure fairness and respect for our practitioners' time and other clients, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will be subject to a 75% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee. If you used the online appointment booking app, you may also use that to reschedule or cancel your appointment but please note the same cancellation policy and fees apply. Late Arrivals: Please understand that we adhere to a strict appointment schedule to ensure that all clients receive the attention they deserve. If you are late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate the full session. We will do our best to work with you, but please understand that your session may need to be shortened, and you will be charged for the full amount of your appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
